KIN 1041 - Physical Wellbeing: Group Fitness (1) F, SP A course designed to explore 1) the basic rules and/or techniques of group fitness activities, and 2) the benefits of physical wellbeing by engaging in group fitness activities. Participation in physical activity is required for successful completion of course.
This course could include activities such as indoor cycling, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and/or step aerobics.
