SE 3993 - Social Work Practice as Vocation 3

This course emphasizes the intersection of vocational calling and social work practice, exploring how a career in social work and other related fields can be grounded in, and guided by a Christian perspective on personal and professional development and collective well-being. Students will examine ethical frameworks, expressing a holistic understanding of human thriving and spiritual growth. Additionally, the course will offer a framework for spiritually sensitive social work practice, applicable across various contexts, including individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities.
