ED 1023 - Leadership and Professionalism in Education (3)


This course prepares students to manage high-quality early childhood programs with a focus on leadership, organization, and continuous improvement. Topics include licensing and regulatory requirements, staff supervision, budgeting, curriculum planning, and family engagement. Students will also examine the role of professional ethics, advocacy, and lifelong learning in maintaining a strong commitment to the field of early childhood education. Through practical tools and real-world scenarios, students will develop the skills necessary to lead with integrity and support the success of children, families, and early learning teams
