EN 2103 - Literary Inquiry 3 Fa Sp Su

This course is open to every student to meet their Literature requirement in the Lipscomb Core Curriculum. Literary Inquiry invites students to consider key questions as they explore works from multiple genres that address a specific problem, relationship, and/or way of engaging identity, the natural world, or cultural history. These courses can focus on a particular author, culture, language or area, and will require informal writing and at least one essay of polished work. Every course will explore at least 3 genres and will teach students how to appreciate and examine each text as intended for a specific audience, contextualized in a distinct time and culture, and shaped by the conventions of a genre.
